L’hotel presenta arredi un po’ datati, così come le camere, ma è comunque dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali. Il bagno era provvisto di vasca, dettaglio che potrebbe risultare scomodo per alcuni ospiti. La camera era pulita e il profumo contribuiva a dare una piacevole sensazione di ordine e igiene. This is not a 4 star hotel and it is not in Hollywood. Rude, unwelcoming reception team. Overpriced onsite parking. No in room amenities. Stained bathroom tiles, cracked ceilings, dirty walls and overall a bad experience. This place is a complete rip off for the price.

Staff was friendly and service was quick. The room was small and our toilet ran constantly. The tub was raised really high and was difficult to get in and out of. There is no dedicated pedestrian entrance, you have to walk up the narrow car driveway to get in. The curtains were really hard to open and close. Our keycard never opened the door to the stairs despite being programmed multiple times, so we had to take the very slow elevator to our rooms. We had a good stay here, location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we used the metro to get around. Rooms are clean and staff friendly and helpful. We didn't have time for the pool or cafe this visit sadly. Thank you for looking after us!
