Run! Do not spend your money here! I wish I had checked the reviews before making a purchase. They quoted me one “out-the-door” price but then billed the bank for a higher amount. They also electronically forged my signature on documents I never signed. When I emailed the managers about the fraudulent transaction and the forged signature, they completely ignored me. Their lack of response makes it seem like this is a regular practice and that everyone involved is aware of it.
I'm flabbergasted. How hard is it to find decent, honest people?! We were given one price, then charged another. They promised to replace the broken windshield and almost-bald tires, and it's been crickets ever since. They just ignore you. I'm working with a lawyer because this is ridiculous. the worst dealer ship scammers they took advantage of me when i was needed of a car they keep upping the down payment and i gave them 3k, then they charged me 620 every 2 weeks for A bmw 2014 so now i am a couple days late and now they wana repossess when all i’ve been doing is making my payment im spending my hard earned money on a car that’s breaking down on me everyday , these people are the lowest of the low don’t buy from them
Big scam artist I do not recommend they sold a car to my 18 year old son said the title was a clean title also asked for carfax after purchase we find out the title was salvaged and never gave us car fax very bad business I would definitely take your business elsewhere the manager Carlos is very rude and doesn’t let u talk he talks over u if I could give it zero stars I would
Dealing with a concerning situation with Golden Motors LLC. After making a $3,000 down payment and additional monthly payment (which I have proof of), I was asked to come into the dealership regarding a minor issue with the vehicle. Once there, the car was taken and repossessed.
