They do not stand behind their cars, brought a Lexus found out the radio didn’t work, they keep asking me to bring the car back and the mechanic will take a look at it ,they finally told me it’s sold (as is)the radio is not covered.
Been trying to contact these place for ever !!! (Scammer) Don’t purchase a car here!!! I just got a jeep with them broke down. Found out that my engine has blown out!! BEWARE OF GOLDEN MOTORS LLC HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA! My boss went to this car dealership to originally buy a Mercedes GL450 After the paperwork was done The car did not start and the Sales rep “Ronnie” said it was the battery so he waited 3 hours to “change a battery” for the car to not start at all after the “Battery” was replaced. BEWARE of this company My boss purchased a Mercedes here and the experience has been nothing short of terrible. He was put in three different cars, and when the last one broke down on I-95, they charged him an extra $500 just to switch into another car. While at the dealership, he noticed multiple vehicles that wouldn’t even start, which says a lot about the condition of the inventory. The service is unprofessional and the treatment has been unacceptable. Save yourself the stress — stay away from this dealership.
