Save yourself the aggravation. Having been a long-time customer I naturally called Hollywood Glass to replace some custom glass that broke. I called on a Monday for an appointment on Thursday afternoon. Took the afternoon off and waited for no one to show up or even call. The following Tuesday, I called back, received an apology with the excuse that they were understaffed and got an appointment for the next morning at 9am.
