I made an appointment over a week ago for 11 am today to get bridal updo and makeup done for a wedding today that I am part of the bridal party in. I arrived at the salon about ten minutes early and the door was locked with no one in sight. No problem. Maybe I was the only appointment or she was late or whatever but it’s now 11:30 and I have called both numbers numerous times with no answer and no one has shown up.
