Terrible front desk office especially Neidin,nasty and very unprofessional, because of her I had to cancel my appointment, hope the Doctor sees 👀 this message,,,
I was waiting in the lobby and overheard a patient trying to find out why the surgery they paid for and scheduled didn't happen and instead of the office manager helping verbally assaulted the patient tellling her it wasn't her job to schedule and couldn't help her get through to the surgery center. It seems this place only cares to collect money and not deliver services . I immediately left.
As Dr Greenbaum’s office has expanded, the service has not. Wait times are well over an hour, large front waiting area almost full, not to mention patients waiting in the back waiting area. A day before my yearly appointment, and I’ve been going there for maybe 10 years, I receive a call telling me I have to have a refraction test which insurance will not cover and will cost $50.
