The x-ray technician was very helpful in explaining all the options available to me in getting my X-rays. I was a little nervous about it but he made me feel completely at ease. The receptionist also went out of her way to discuss the financial breakdown of procedures. Thank you for a great visit.

I would love for you to provide those u shaped bean bag neck braces that people use on planes. I always forget it and it makes it much more comfortable when having dental work done. Other than that there isn't a thing you can do to make the experience at your office more pleasant. Everyone is lovely.

I spoke and/or worked with everyone I know except Claudia who was with another patient. However, I also had the opportunity to work with a young lady I don"t usually see. She took a picture of my chipped tooth, explained my options, and was very professional. Now I can say that I know all the staff and find everyone to be gracious, effective and a pleasure with which to work. Thank you all!

Two suggestions for patients about to undergo Zoom treatment: 1. IN advance, explain how the light-beam thingie will sit either near the retractor or actually touch the retractor. In my first 15 minutes it made contact, but for the next 3, did not. I was confused and concerned that something may not be fitting quite right. 2. When giving patient a pen and paper to write note (since one can't talk), provide a space pen or something that will write upside down.
