waited 15mins just to be greeted by someone, there was nobody working front desk and my stylist double booked even though my appointment has been made a week ago. friendly enough but wish they would tell clients they double book and the wait time will be long for a simple balayage. took 3.5 hours because my stylist apparently TRIPLE booked, definitely was not expecting that. stylist seemed inexperienced and it wasnt until i got in the chair that i was told there would be an additional cost on top of my groupon. most definite... read more
I received a balayage and hair cut done by Casey today and couldn’t be any more happy with the way it turned out! My hair looks so much more healthier now. It was my first time at Hollywood Blonde but all of the ladies there were super nice and friendly. I had a couple of the girls talk with me about hair extension types they provide and pricing for the future. I have gone to Hollywood Blonde for 25+ years. Diane does an awesome job on my nails and Ashley does an awesome job on my hair. They both listen to what the customer wants. I recently started going to Lauren for facials. WOW, she gives a fantastic facial. My face feels so good when she is done. Very knowledgeable about skin care. I LOVE this place!!
