I've lived here for a little over a year and absolutely loved it. The building complex is beautiful, full of greenery, and actually pretty quiet considering you are in a very busy part of Hollywood. There is parking, which is a HUGE plus in this area; and the apartments are stunning. It's actually been one of my favorite apartment units I've lived in, and I was super sad to leave. Maria is a gem!! She is super helpful, friendly, and always willing to help. I highly recommend these apartments!
Maria at the Hollywood Biltmore is the best Apartment Manager I have ever had, she is a very good communicator, quick to resolve issues and super friendly. The apartments are updated, clean and the community is very well maintained. All of my neighbors were friendly and welcoming.
I loved living at Hollywood Biltmore - the only reason I left was because I moved in with my significant other. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of Hollywood Boulevard, the building is very quiet and has plenty of greenery. I enjoyed being able to walk to Target and Runyon Canyon. The building also has everything you could ever need, including a parking garage, a laundry room, and a pool. I got so lucky by finding the Hollywood Biltmore Apartments! I lived here for two years and truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. The complex is adorable, with updated amenities, a greenery-filled courtyard that feels like a hidden oasis, and a quiet, peaceful vibe, all in the heart of Hollywood.
