I have been a customer of Hollywood Bicycle Center for several years now. They are honest, full of knowledge, and a first class operation. Rob & Beau recently did a build up on my Surly Ice Cream Truck Fat Bike. They, as always did a fantastic job. Great service.....I would not go anywhere else.
On short notice they have been my go to shop locally. If they don't have it they will order it. If they say they can't correct an issue they will recommend alternatives. Have gone there for the past 5 years would recommend to anyone for all cycling needs!
Thank you so much to the Avalon location for taking the time to change my tire today. I know it was a super busy time of week and you had a ton of rental customers you were processing. I will be back!
Best Service Ever, and my new bike is ready for the season. A pleasure learning how it was put together, too.
Dropped bmx bike off for crank issues, said it would take 1.5 weeks because of ordering issues.... No big deal, my kid can go without for a bit. Get the bike back over a week past the etr outfitted with new parts in a color that didn't match the bicycle. Mentioned this to the staff who didn't care, said that's all they could get in the time frame, only I didn't give them a set time frame that the bike needed to be done.
