John Alexander is hands down the best trainer in Hot Springs. He will motivate you to be beyond your best. He is knowledgeable taking into account your limitations, health needs and nutritional needs. His facility is sooooo clean and the equipment is new and functioning. But what is best is that John will introduce you to others and before long everyone is working out together and motivating each other. This gym really is a 5 star gym. They help teach you how to eat right. They are very clean and they learn the members for you and your needs. John and the staff are all kind a top notch in being professional and they take the time to show you the equipment. The take the time to tell you what muscle this helps how and why you need to do your work out like your taught for you and your body.
