This was such an incredible experience living here! The property Manager Nancy and the assistant Taryn were so kind, patient with all of my questions, & helpful with the entire move in process. They were both so knowledgeable about so many things! Anytime I ever called in a work order it was completed the same day. I’ve lived here for over two years. The apartment manager is extremely hostile and will not get anyone to fix my AC that has been out for 1 month and 2 weeks. It has consistently been over 80° in my apartment and I haven’t slept in nights because of it. It’s been over 70° outside and her excuse is that it isn’t hot enough for it to cause concern. Been here for almost 6 months now with 0 issues. They do pest control often so I’ve only seen 2 (dead) bugs since we’ve moved in. Management is super friendly and so are our neighbors. Pool stayed open past what I thought it would this past summer so that’s always a plus. Super convenient location next to Walmart and Target, as well as a good price for location (most Tyler apartments are getting ridiculously expensive)
