I’m very disappointed with our experience at Hollyview. The prices here used to be reasonable, but they have continued to increase, and in my opinion, it is no longer worth the cost. We paid everything we owed after moving out today, and the interaction we received was essentially, “Okay, that’s it. Very quiet. Buildings are a little older but there is little to no drama, and everyone minds their own business.

Taryn is who I normally work with in the office and she is amazing! Always so helpful and kind. Nancy is nice as well!! The maintenance is timely and the apartments are nice and quiet and property is clean.

Lived here from 2020 to 2022 and it was great. Clean apartment complex, very quiet neighborhood, thick walls, absolutely no roaches and no bugs, very affordable, and clean pool. If it wasn't for me buying a new home, I would have lived here for many more years.
