If you have a maintenance issue, you have to go onto the Hollytree Apartments' resident portal to type the information to a bot. (If it's not an emergency.) It wasn't, but I felt it needed some attention. My tub was gurgling water up the drain, with black trash. I was told by the bot, that a Maintenance employee would contact me shortly. We lived at Hollytree Apartments for over three years and ultimately had to break our lease due to ongoing maintenance issues and poor management. Throughout our stay, we dealt with persistent roach and ant infestations, water damage, mold concerns, and a leaking window. After a major leak, part of our bathroom ceiling was removed and left covered with a plastic sheet for about five months. Self guided tour makes you schedule more than an hour later, so it doesn't help when you want to tour and the office is out to lunch
Do not rent from this place!!!! I lived there for 13 years probably the longest resident they had I’ve see 3 management and BH/BS is one of them, they all suck by the way but this current management is worse and slick too. They charge u extra 50$ for trash that gets picked up twice a week and they charge for parcels and extra if u leave it there.
