I placed my order on Jan 30 via telephone, for 1 dozen orange roses. Was assured several times that they could handle it with no issues. On Feb 10 (friday before valentines) I receive a call from the store that the orange roses could not be found at any of there distributors and was given several options of colors of which I chose red. I am not happy with the customer service that this establishment exhibits. My daughter ordered a wrist corsage and asked for orange roses, with orange and lime green ribbon. Specifically said no yellow! The day we picked up the corsage it was pink roses, with orange and yellow ribbon. It was hideous looking. Holly the owner just kept saying that she didn't understand the order that the other lady had taken, it was clearly written down.
