* Update - Thank you, Leo for calling me. I’m really not one to be confrontational so I did leave the store Not satisfied with the service. I did tip, I wasn’t going to return. Leo gave me a call and said that he would have someone look at my nails and redo them. Great customer service goes a long way and I’m even bringing another customer to get their toes done! I’m really disappointed on how my full set turned. When customer pay over $50 for a full set of nails, we should expect professionalism. Enter with caution ⚠️
This is our go to salon! it doesn’t matter which technician gives our pedicure, we are always pleased. the salon is clean and everyone is so nice!
Hollygood Nails was careless and unprofessional. The nail tech filed my nail way too low, leaving me in real pain. When I returned just two days later, the owner refused to issue a refund, even though there is no posted no-refund policy. Instead of taking accountability, he bragged about his business practices and pointed to the plaques on his wall.
