The perfect blend of super honest and super knowledgeable. I've used many agents in the past and Holly is by far the best. She has vast networks of local people that make her highly effective to touch up, clean, repair, and stage a home. She also works non-stop, always available, and has great negotiating skills. I was becoming a believer in doing private sales without an agent until I met Holly--she is tremendous.

Holly was hands down the best agent I ever had. She was totally engaged throughout the entire process as she went well above and beyond what most agents would do. She went to the flooring company and picked out the flooring and carpet as well as the paint color for the walls. She obtained the painter and managed the entire renovation project.
