They have too bad management and they are too discrimination, and the manager abuse his power as manager when we told him about his discrimination directly changeit for yaling, so he is using his job to hurt people. Add to that he made up story against any one try to complain about him, so they have too bad manager and his assistant. About supervisor all the time stand up for him for no reason , unfortunately, no one stop this abuse
I have lived here for 11 years and I have no complaints. The whole building is being renovated with new flooring in apartments and hallways. Central air-conditioning which is a blessing. The apartments also have new appliances, new cabinets and new flooring. The lighting in the apartments is being updated. My only drawback is that when its my turn to leave my apartment and have it renovated, I have to take my 2 cats and stay in a hotel which they are paying for. People here are usually friendly. The new staff are helpful and approachable. The view from my window is great, because I am fortunate enough to be NW facing. There is a 62 bus which runs every 45 minutes. The 52 bus is within walking distance. Near to Freddy's and two Safeways, as well as the newly opened Basics store next to Chase Bank, a library, a Church, Rite Aid and Dollar 25 store. A quiet environment. The rent is unbelievably low.
