Adrina was an absolute gem during our tour of Holly Tree Village. Finding a new home for my grandmother has been stressful, but Adrina made the entire process so smooth and welcoming that I almost forgot I wasn’t touring for myself.
The garbage here is not collected every two or three days and the property management is extremely poor. The dog poop marks at the main entrance have not been cleaned once, and the sand in the parking lot has been left unattended. We deeply miss the previous community management center and its staff, who were diligent, responsible, and always friendly and welcoming to residents. They have too bad management and they are too discrimination, and the manager abuse his power as manager when we told him about his discrimination directly changeit for yaling, so he is using his job to hurt people. Add to that he made up story against any one try to complain about him, so they have too bad manager and his assistant. About supervisor all the time stand up for him for no reason , unfortunately, no one stop this abuse
