Shameful treatment by Ms. Stone and her office. I don't know if Ms. Stone doesn't care or her staff is incompetent, it has to be one or the other. My wife made an appointment 3 months out with Ms. Stone. Days before her appointment, the office calls, gives a lame excuse, and then says there is a need to reschedule the appointment. The new appointment is another 3 months out.
