I drive from the Cary area to Holly Springs and am completely satisfied with the level of care, compassion, and professionalism I received. A dentist in my area was quoted me nearly twice the price for a a crown and abutment as the one I had placed in this office. I was very pleasantly surprised, and will continue to be a patient. The staff and the service are exceptional, and my son loves the way they put the in room TV on cartoon network for him. What more can I ask. Right on time, no waiting! Went over my financial/insurance concerns and the staff was right on top of both! Knew what I could have now or later, perhaps next year, no "sales trumping". Trust them 100%. My 2nd year with them, strayed once and got shaffed. Came back to Main Street and will stay!

"hanko" clark i would rather go to main street dentistry than visit any night club there is...the ambiance is terrific, the women are all good looking and dressed to the nines and all have hands that fit into your mouth like a perfectly worn glove...even the boss dentist, doctor wiggings, could play on the all american dentist team...in short...there is the best, ....and than just all the rest...main street is the best...sincerely, hanko clark
