I've waited a good 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to even get out of waiting room and this has happened almost very time I've visited this business. Will keep going because I like the staff so much but my perception is they are starting to overbook/understaff way too much.

I felt welcome as soon as I came thru the doo... I felt welcome as soon as I came thru the door. My hygienist took charge as she was very professional and keeping me informed of what was going on the whole time. I was very pleased with my experience.
