Running late I was not seen for my 6 month cleaning until 30 minutes after my appointment time. My time is as important as the DDS and staff. While I realize that your office does not currently charge for missed appointments, I suggest the staff seriously consider not implementing such a charge. I HATE going to the dentist. Most people have had at least one bad experience at the dentist. So consequently, I was NOT looking forward to another visit to the dentist, but I knew I needed to go. We had moved here from New Jersey and I didn't have any good dental experiences there either. Fabulous as usual I've been coming to this dental office for a few years now and never once have I had a bad experience. I adore all the wonderful people that work here and am so thankful that I found this practice.
Very happy!! This was my first visit to Main Street Family Dentistry. I was very pleased. In fact this was the best dental office I have visited in my 68 years. They did a complete check-up , not overlooking anything. They will be our family dentist.
