If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I guess they can have the ONE because my rent was only 1350 and that’s only because I had an outdated unit. This apartment had termites galore! Especially during the summer or whenever you were cooking and using the oven for a good amount of time. They sent an exterminator out maybe twice, however nothing really helped because of the small air conditioner unit didn’t really cool the entire place that well. This apartment also had mold. Extremely Disappointing/ Unprofessional I called to ask about availability. Someone answered and hung up on me as soon as I said hello. I called back, and a woman asked what floor plan I wanted and when I planned to move. I explained I was shopping around and didn’t have a specific date yet. Here at Hollyridge apartments CHARLES is an asset he is always quick to make repairs as well as taking care of additional matters when asked. I have been living here for a few months and can honestly say Charles has been a life saver and very quick to get the job done. Update*************** There has since been a change in management with Madeline Diaz as the current property manager.
