very good place to live. libby is a sweetheart and the maintence man works hard ....but also tend to his own health ..be patience he will get it done...awsome place to live!!!!

Very nice apartments, I completely recommend. Clean, good management, in a good location close to town.
It's a very nice place to live. Libby the manager is great. She always takes time to listen to problems. Shawn the maintenance guy is very nice, and never has a problem coming to fix something or help a neighbor. I enjoy the apartment and my kids have plenty of other kids to play with.
This complex has even completely turned around from drug infested tenants to a clean and desirable place to live. Rent is very reasonable and covers a certain amount of water and electric. The majority of units have been updated and maintenance takes care of problems as quickly as possible. Anyone who states otherwise probably has been evicted and more than likely a professional apartment hopper. One of the better complexes in the area.
Some of the nicest people. In my building we all look out for each other. Libby is awesome. We've had some maintenance that needed to be done and Shawn was on the ball with fixing it for us. Everyone is friendly.
they have lied about the size of the apartments supposed to have high speed internet access you do not when we move in i couldn't do nothing for 3 weeks because of the bugs spent i don't know how much money i put out of my pocket i cleaned and cleaned. i done the labor on putting the new floor in i figured they would appreciate it and work with me for the labor just the other day all that rain the parking was flooded so i took it apond myself to fix the problem the other tenants apperceayed but the management don't care shou... read more
