I have lived at Holly point for over 3 years and have enjoyed living here I'm glad to call Holly point home The amenities are great maintenance is great I don't have any complaints and would recommend Holly point to anyone looking for a place to live the community is great feels like home I enjoy being here The office staff really helpful and great to work with the upkeep is very good and I enjoy the community feel Thank You for making me feel at home.
I love living here. It’s a complete change from my previous experience with RPM Tidewater. Holly Point communicates well, maintenance is fast and friendly. The grounds are clean and maintained. Quiet, safe neighborhood. There’s nothing I don’t like about Holly Point. My only complaint is not getting a unit with a covered porch, but that was my fault, not theirs! Regina Thompson
