Great apartments, haven't had any bug problems and maintenance always does a good job in a timely manner. Staff are super friendly and willing to work with us to resolve any issues or complications during the application process
We are enjoying our apartment, though we haven't been here long. There are some sticky places on the floor from the vinyl flooring adhesive, but that is our only complaint with Holly Point. I do have to mention the third parties that provide the washer and dryer rental and the security system. You will wait for repairs and maintenance on those items! Holly point apartments is in my opinion one of the most beautiful if not the most beautiful property in Chesapeake I love it here!
Maintenance Rocks! We have never had an issue with Maintenance coming out and appreciate their assistance. All the guys are TERRIFIC!
