Holly Point is a beautiful quite neighborhood. Viky in the leasing office was so helpful and kind during the application & moving in process. The maintenance department was also kind & efficient Jose was very helpful in getting any maintenance done in a timely manner! Thank you for making this moving in process smooth & effortless!
The outside of the apartments is well maintained and looks very nice and the maintenance staff respond pretty quickly to ticket requests. However I had a pipe burst twice before my year-long lease was up and had so many things ruined. My partner and I had to sleep on the couch for whole a month out of our 12 month lease because of the time it took to dry out the flooring with fans and fix the hole in the wall both times. We’re also both night shift so of course maintenance would have to wake us up during the day to come work... read more
