I had high hopes for this company. Ultimately, Holly became the first company to ever ban my company from doing business with them. It started when I asked for clarification of labor charges on an invoice we received. Their service manager got very upset as though I was accusing them of unfairly charging us. He and I exchanged correspondence for a few days. We not only needed a forklift but had very specific constraints in regards to timing and needing a technician along with. Dallas & Jerry went above and beyond to meet our needs making an excellent impression and have provided quotes for additional equipment purchases at very reasonable prices. Competitive pricing for the area, but their customer service and responsiveness pushes them over the top! We will only use them in the future
