This office has the most incompetent staff you can imagine. Depending on who is working and when, you may or may not get through to them and get what you need to happen. Holly Leo uses the office space with a doctor who obviously not only does not know whom to hire, but is too stingy to update the office with newer technology, so that the patient does not have to go through heck when lab work, and RX refills are necessary.
