Great Enviroment As an owner of one of the condominiums at Holly House, I have found the management of Holly House to be so helpful and willing to look out for the residents. After hearing that someone had written negative reviews I just wanted to state that my experiences have been nothing but positive. I have never lived there but my parents and now my daughter and her husband live there and both have loved being there. Resident of Holly House Living in Holly House has been a positive experience. We moved into Holly House 5 years ago and the neighbors were quite welcoming. Over the years I have gotten to know many of my neighbors and have never heard the dissatisfaction that was expressed by two of the anonymous reviewers. The majority of residents have found it to be a place where neighbor cares about neighbor. Holly House Resident I recently became aware of some negative postings regarding Holly House Condos in Media. As a resident and long-time owner, I can state that our manager is extremely knowledgeable about our building and performs her duties in a first-class, professional manner. Resident To the two prior posters...then by all means, if you feel so strongly about disliking the Holly House then do not live here. Most of the people living here own their units. Rentals are at full compacity right now, and there is a waiting list to get in. My experience living here is a pleasant one. Yes, there are rules, but if you don't like their rules, then there are plenty of other places to call home. You don't have to belittle the office manager by her clothing. She is just doing her job, and a fine one at that.
Fact or Fiction People are allowed to express their views and opinions which are protected by the first ammendment. When individuals become ultrasensitive about an issue then they either want to challenge or refute it. The old saying " if the shoe fits then wear it " If problems exist then other people in the community have the right to know about it. It is always best to try and keep things objective.

The management works diligently to maintain the property and everything that I have seen when I visit is spotless. There is respect for residents and a professionalism that I have not seen in other condominiums. In fact, the manager and council seem to go above and beyond in providing a pleasant environment.
