The property manager Trevor is always very courteous and kind, and helpful if ever there is an issue with an appliance, etc. I've lived here for two years, and have never had a thing to complain about.
Don't move into the bottom floor, the noise from squeeky floor boards will disrupt your sleep especially if your neighbor is heavy set. Trevor is a scary manager. Caught him looking in my window while resting on my couch a number of times. Came home one day and their was white paint on my door knob. He happen to be working on the apartment next door, and I could tell that someone was in my apartment, because my bathroom door was open ( which I close when I leave), and my service dog was acting cowardly and cautious when I wa... read more
Literally the worst place to live, especially if you are downstairs. You can hear every little thing you neighbor does. Its beyond the normal noise apartments make. I could hear exactly where everyone was. You can even hear coughing... DONT MOVE HERE!
Trevor a great manager & great service with a smile,A+ keep up the great work..Trevor the manager still amazes me with his great service since 2017,wow ! He's on top of things and Fixes stuff asap,, the service has been great and awesome ever since i moved in,LOVE it, the service here has been great..A+
