I would give NO stars if I could. I lived here for about a year, and let me just give a summary: - a lot of embezzlement happens in this company. we went three+ months without the main garbage units that are scattered around the apartment from being emptied. Overflowing trash, and horrible clouds of flies everywhere. - multiple shootings/arrests. (8+ cop cars and all their sirens) cop cars by the droves come and sit in the complex and i assume just wait for something to happen. - my dog was attacked twice while in the comple... read more
Only been here 2 months but the neighbors are quiet and I love my renovated apartment.
If u enjoy paying good $ to live in a slum then Holly heights is for you!!! Mgmt refuses to lift a finger to alleviate problems. Pathetic. Go elsewhere!
Moved in here and moved out in 10 minutes. If by now people can’t tell by surroundings trouble they belong here. I didn’t see the place before renting. Stay away from here unless you want trouble. If you’re a young professional or better yet have a family don’t even check it out.
