Scheduled an appointment on line several weeks before appointment. My appointment was at 8 a.m. . arrived to clinic at around 7:50. At eight I went to the door with my dog to find the door was locked. On the door there were instructions on what to do to be seen. There was a number that I needed to call to check in and have my dog seen. After returning to my car and attempting to get thru trying for 10 minutes w/o success, I again got out of my car ( in the pouring rain) . They are AMAZING! It speaks volumes about how well they care for animals when 10 minutes after arriving home, our old cat Joe is relaxed and happy. No hiding, no signs of stress, no way to know that an hour ago he was at the VCA undergoing care! And I wasn’t even there to “protect” him because of coronavirus!! HUGE thank you to doctors and staff for treating our fur baby like your own! 😻😻
