Love Dr. Russell! My son has been going to her since he was a baby. She has never been wrong with anything regarding him and he's 11 now. She is thorough, explains things and answers questions (even when she sees my pad with a list of questions). She is friendly and is not pushy. The staff is nice, too. They work with you, especially if it's an emergency. They also let you speak to a nurse over the phone, if needed. Soon my son won't be comfortable going to a friendly, cute female doctor, but too bad - we ain't leaving! :-)
The doctors are good, but the desk staff are very rude human beings. Do not recommend due to the bad atmosphere.
I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Holly Russell since her first checkup a week after she was born. She's now three months old. We've only had a handful of office visits (thankfully!) but I wouldn't want my daughter to be seen by anyone else. Dr. Russell goes above and beyond, and her staff has never been nothing but kind, thoughtful, passionate and genuine. She has been great with my daughter. Listens and spends time to make sure your health needs are taken care of.
My daughter has seen her for 6/7 years. Always friendly, willing to answer any questions, and is very knowledgeable. We really like her.
She's rude she didn't know what she's doing ,she did not respect her patient
