they’ll charge 6000$ for repairs which is beyond outrageous for an apartment. we moved in almost 5 years ago while it was owned by another man. our unit was the only one with brand new hardwood floors, and carpet in only 2 of the bedrooms. there were pieces of wood missing from the base of the floor. we had termites, roaches and all that. the new owner and manager seemed quite nice untilllll we couldn’t afford rent and had to move. since then they’ve applied OUTSTANDING charges. we moved out november and just got a statement... read more
