RecommendedGreat Doctors and staff .
Needed a new patient appointment admittedly for my son. I couldn't get an appointment till Tuesday. Recieved a called a few hours later from Regina who knew how much I needed to get him in. They had a cancellation and she was nice enough to think of me. And got us in that afternoon. She was absolutely amazing!
I recently decided to change pediatricians because I did not feel my son was receiving personalized care. I gave Holly City Pediatrics a chance and so far so good! Dr. Patel was fantastic. He was very thorough and really cared about my questions and concerns with my son. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. We will be back!! Thank you :-)
They always make an effort to see us without an appointment when the girls are sick so we don't have to go to urgent care. They also call back right away when you leave a message with the answering service after hours.
This doctor cares more about money then the children they take care of we took our child in to be seen and ask to be billed and we are a study customer and have been for 20 years and they say no pay up front or he can stay sick what kind of people are these Doctor Henderson would roll over in his grave if he new what kind of insensitive people he turned his practice over to!!!!
Horrible horrible customer service! Love love love the doctors but the staff is going to ruin that for them! Because alot if people are changing pcps including myself
