We were just there about 5 min ago and received no one said hello or asked if we needed anything. Stood in lobby for a good 10 min, and still nothing. Poor customer service, guess they don't want to sell a new high country.
I TOOK MY ENCLAVE INTO THEM FOR WARRANTY WORK . I GIVE A HIGH RECOGNITION TO ROBERT FOR HIS SERVICE IN SOLVING MY ISSUES . THE SUV RUNS GREAT ... I TRAVELED 40 MILES FOR THIS SERVICE AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
I just wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone at Holly Chevrolet! I'm from New Orleans and was traveling home on I-55 when I experienced a bad wheel bearing/hub in my 2008 Silverado. I was really lucky that Holly Chevrolet was close by! Mr Robert in the service department was able to get me in and the team of technicians had BOTH of my wheel hubs replaced promptly! I'm from out of town and ended up breaking down right outside of this dealership, I didn't even make it to the dealership with my two little girls before Brandon Roberts came out to help us. He went above and well beyond to help out someone that isn't even a client of this dealership, even to the point of staying late to help out my family and make sure we got back on the road safely. If I lived close enough I would definitely buy from a dealership that's staff show this kind of good character.
I have purchased 2 vehicles personally from holly Chevrolet and never had a bad experience. They always go the extra mile to help a person out. Strongly recommend them!!
