Crooks and thieves Actual Chiropractic service was fine but they charged us the full amount of the service even though we had insurance that covered it 100%. We asked them to call the insurance company while we were there to verify but they refused. The lady in charge of the insurance/billing was already having a bad day and made sure that every one (including the patients that were still waiting) knew about it. She was very rude. All the group are very good and thorough friendly atmosphere and not that expensive Dr. Hallowell got me well found out why I was having so much pain of course have to go back every once in awhile very soon
went there to get treatment and had 2 insurances and they wanted to charge me 250 dollars plus. They are a rip off

The last time I saw Dr Hollowell was about 15 years ago. I walked in barely able to stand upright and left fully upright and pain free. I’ve had no issues since and this man is a miracle worker in my book.
Worst experience I have ever had in a professional office. Waited over an hour in the treatment room, got up to leave and doctor stopped me in the hall to tell me he was just coming in. He talked down to me like I was an idiot and hadn't researched my condition or treatments at all. Offered treatment only on one foot instead of both. Treatment offered was what had been done at home on a regular basis. I refused the TENS treatment so he ordered ultrasound and xrays and stretching exercise I also do routinely.
