Disbarred Attorney Tiffani Bell, now acting as the firm's administrator was the firm's attorney when she worked on my husband's case, She ignored courts requests so a default judgment was entered against my husband. We now owe $75K for a matter that was $4K. She was paid and did not protect us. She now refuses to answer phone calls, emails, and request for our files. Do not use them for any service. Bell is disbarred and Holloway is protecting her.
This law firm is terrible. Both Samantha Holloway and Tiffany Bell are incompetent and unprofessional. I hired them to assist me in a custody case and not only were they not able to help but they actually made things worse. Their response time is terrible and takes 2-3 weeks for an email correspondence. More importantly they lack integrity and consistency in their billing processes.
