Having lived at Hollow Tree Park since January I must say I picked a good place to call home. The complex is nice, safe and secure. There are community events that are planned monthly to get out and be social with neighbors. The office staff are all very nice and helpful, especially Gabby and Elena. I would recommend anyone to live at Hollow Tree Park!
Why is the phone number going to straight to voicemail and no one is responding to emails?
I've had a pretty frustrating experience living here. The pool is rarely open when I try to use it, and the gym equipment is often broken or unusable. It's also extremely difficult to get in touch with the office calls frequently go unanswered. Parking is a nightmare after 8 PM. It's been disappointing overall.
