Elaine, is a beautiful spirit, I knew I need my ends clipped and was fearful of having it done, but she did an excellent job by not going crazy with the scissors, sometimes it's hard to let go of your hair even when the ends are split, but it's necessary. Because she didn't go scissor happy, it makes me be able to trust her with the care of my hair. Thanks Elaine!!!!
