Went in with my mom and literally got into a verbal disagreement with some random dude, all cause the employee helping my mom and I FIRST, couldn’t tell this guy to WAIT his turn for some help and tried helping him and us, at the same time but was failing miserably. Also, there were 4 other employees, where were they? I work customer service, so I get not wanting to see customers, but why do I have to fight a random dude for YOUR attention when all I need from you is my $3 and receipt? Everyone here was so nice. The clothes were a better price than most stores at the mall.
Unprofessional, takes so long. Spent 30 minutes in line for two items because they wanted to talk their coworker who came in off the clock about food and where to eat. First impression is the worst, would rather order online the deal with them and there lack of urgency.
