The cashier girl is really bad, not very Kind and rude

I went into Hollister today, and four high school students seemed to be running the store. Which is crazy, I made a 2-hour drive to go to Rosspark Mall. For a while now, I have been looking at this brown fur-lined winter jacket, and they didn't have any in stock OTHER than the ONE on the mannequin.
