Kevin has the best customer service. Was so surprised when he told me he’s new!!
Very disappointing. Lack of customer service. Multiple sales people walking around, 2 store managers talking and only one girl (Andie) working behind the sales counter who was stuck with a large return. I approached the managers to ask if someone could help. She said, “We wait until there’s more than three in the line. Someone will be with you soon.” I give hard working Andie a 5 and the rest of the staff a 1.
I was at hollister with my wife (now currently ex wife) and she started making a scene at hollister about the pants i bought since she did not like them. During this yelling, one of your employees named sanjay helped her calm and understand that it was just a pair of pants. Thank you sanjay.
