I went there today with a 2 year old that just wanted to see motorcycles, and buy a Honda Grom.... wouldn't even listen to a question or give us any time...turned us away, covid or not you guys don't have to be jerks.... many people will hear about this.... all you had to do was not be a jerk and listen, bad people and a bad business....

don't be douche bags to customers and don't pull a gun and call someone unsavory and threaten them when purchasing products. trash humans
i was declined service because "you look unsavory" and when i asked what that ment the sales men pulled is gun out on me
there employees enjoy brandishing weapons on kids with no merritt...would never go back there again..
How about the owner & his workers don't treat loyal, long time customers who have spent a ton of money there, like they are piece of dog crap. Owner Bill is rude, aggressive and absolutely disrespectful. Will NEVER return there again.
Rude and disrespectful I walked in to pick up some parts I ordered the parts guys were rude . Then I was looking at a new yz65 for my sone and the Sales guy Doubted my ability to by a bike on the spot. so I walked out and will never go back lost my Business and I bye 2 new bikes every year if your going to treat people like trash and be rude your not going to get Far .
Mechanic shop does shotty work, charges allot for sub par work
Parts department is rude and only know what their parts computer tells them. Ask for something specific and you get told they don’t make it even if you had it in your hand. Not everyone rides a cookie cutter bike
