These people are the kindest people in the business. They bend over backwards to help you. They're very involved in the Petaluma community, supporting non-profit orgs - something I want to support too.
I received a gift and wanted to return it, there is no refund, only exchange. Here I am with with a gift card and nothing I really liked at the store. For their prices you could go to a well named jewelry store (ie Tiffanys) and get the same thing. Over priced and limited selection.
