I was referred to this Doctor on 12/2023 for mild dysphagia by my family physician at the CLINICS. His nurse or assistant called me and said he denied the appointment and to go to the Doctor that did a colonoscopy on me...REALLY ? This Doctor accept Aetna health insurance which I have and he`s affiliated with Rapides General as well.
I was scheduled to have test today at the Cabrini surgery center and I had to cancel the test because I didn't have a ride. My insurance had to have 48 hours before and they wouldn't work with me. Them and the surgery center wouldn't work with me. I have to depend on Medical transport or take myself.. They won't even return my call.

Dr Hollier and his office staff took care of my family at one of the worst times in our lives. His nurse practitioner called us and checked on us when she didn’t have to. Dr Hollier spent a lot of time with us at each visit to ensure we understood the plan. This is one of the only doctor’s offices that has showed true compassion. This doctor and his staff are Top notch!! I
Dr. Hollier was great! Saved my life! Bless Dr. Hollier and his staff!
