The original office was opened in the 300 block of Effingham St in the downtown section of Portsmouth Virginia. The staff are all very personable yet profess... The staff are all very personable yet professional. The hygienist was patient, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. I was with my last dentist for over 20 years and when we moved here I was a little concerned I wouldn't find a practice I was as comfortable with. I can say with complete certainty I will be returning to Dr. Cheng and his wonderful staff in the future.
