We were in North Dakota for a vacation when my son needed a wire fixed on his braces. The staff worked us in quickly and even gave us a sample of product for trumpet players when we mentioned that wax didn't help him much. Office staff was friendly. Very impressed! Thanks for helping out a family in a pinch.
