Holler has now responded to the BBB complaint but provides more evidence against itself in its attitude towards its customers and its inability to manage Customer relationships. Horrible, Hurtful with No Accountability to Customer. Agree with 'Horrible' comment below. Holler Realty Travel Med combined to find a tenant who violated my privacy on my property several times and then proceeded to multiple violations of lease terms, When asked to enforce privacy concerns and lease terms, didn't do so and stonewalled their own Customer in trying to get answers as to what happened. My husband accepted a new job in the area in April 2014. We called Holler Realty to help us find a rental. We looked at houses online, and when we came into town Alisa from Holler took us EVERYWHERE looking at houses. Bless her heart, she did not mind whatever she had to do for us. When we are ready to buy we will absolutely contact Holler again. Alisa was so helpful and we ended up renting a great house in Fort Valley which we love. I recommend Holler without reservation.

I like Holler Realty they work hard for each individual that they help. They respect the people that they work with and they treat you with respect and dignity. They value their customers like they would want their customers to value them. I think that the ones complaining didn t want to follow the advice that the realtor s gave to them. i would recommend Holler Realty to everyone.
