The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The office personnel was extremely helpful, we appreciated her kind way in dealing with our needs. They were very attentive; highly recommend this company.

I was the stereotypical terrified housewife just waiting to be fleeced. Instead I was shocked when the extremely kind and HONEST technician practically held my hand while talking me Out of the over the top and unnecessary service I had requested and completed a much more reasonable service still leaving me confident that the problem is handled.
