First time here. Love the ambiance and the pool area.
Front desk lady "Terresa" doesn't want you to ask how she is. She'll just go straight to asking you what do you want. Very rude.
The customer service was phenomenal. The lady with the curly black Hair who helped my son and I when we checked in was top notch. As a mother of an adult child with special needs it's very hard to find hotels to accommodate us. I was very grateful to her. The on-site restaurant was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this place. The parking lot is a super tight but I won't allow that to ruin my stay. It's worthy it to me.
