Ann Denuette is a bad representation of management untrustworthy. And thinks she can evict tenants with a magic wand as well as unwarranted. You reap what you sow, you do not play with people's livelihood and well being and expect nothing bad to come from that. Should not be associated with pennrose or this building in any regard. The worst part about living here was having to communicate and rely on her to get things done. She will leave you in a bad or vulnerable position. Just not to be trusted. Move in day was 4 days ago. The building is historic & beautiful. Elevator works private parking available for a fee. I love the modern updates alongside the historical beauty inside & outside. The best part is living directly across from Bushnell Park & downtown.
