Theirs review is for 49-51 Norfolk street at Dorchester Massachusetts Here is my honest review of this place. I've living in this place for about 12 years, when first moved in it was not that bad we found two neighbors that were dangerous they fought a lot with almost everybody. There's no parking assigned to anyone the landlord lies to you that you have a park but that isn't true. This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. JACQUI is a VERY NASTY PERSON. Instead of her actually calling us in regards to the rental unit we looked at. This psycho started calling my aunt and boyfriends job threatening to take us to court for April rent. We signed a lease contingent upon approval from RAFT. We have two more days to submit it and this lady is sending nasty texts and emails. So since she wants to threaten us to move in and be nasty I hope she understands it goes both ways because how this lady still has her job with ... read more
I've been with Holland for 4 years, I think they are a good property management company, Jacquie can be very rude at times but you do have to put her in her place so she knows who to play with and who not to play with then she's cool, I've never ever had mice in my apartment and there's a couple of roaches, but if you keep your apartment clean you really don't have to much to worry about

They have been very accommodating and truly the best property mgmt company I’ve ever rented from!!!
